Welcome to the Illinois College Payment Portal. Students, parent, and authorized users can view student account activity and payment options by logging in at the right of the page.

Please login using your appropriate IC Username and Password to make a payment towards your Monthly Payment Plan.

Make a One-Time Payment

One-Time payments are payments not associated with, or applied to, an existing payment plan account.

Payment Portal Access Information

Login to view your school balance and make payment arrangements. You can invite others to access your account as well by using our "Manage Account Access" feature upon login.

Student Registration

Due to student privacy regulations (FERPA), the student must register for Payment Portal access first and can then share access with any additional participants who will be helping manage their account. Students can access their Illinois College Payment Options by clicking the "Go" button under the "Students" login section above and to the right. Students should login with their IC user name and password to access the Payment Portal.


Parents/Authorized User Registration

Students can grant access for Parents/Authorized Users by selecting the "Manage Account Access" button within the Payment Portal and clicking the "Add" button. This will send the invitation e-mail to grant access to the Payment Portal.
